The first visit is an evaluation and opportunity for us to learn more about your child and discuss your goals.
New Patient Forms:During the first visit, we will be asking extensive and detailed questions about the past medical history and reason for visit. Having the parents provide information is very helpful for our evaluation.
We will evaluate your child's complete musculoskeletal system and gross motor development, which can help us develop a program specific to your child's needs and a home exercise program that can be used until the next visit.
Parents input will be crucial for development of exercise program because they know their child's daily regimen best.
